[God] comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. Indeed! There's an awful, dark place you can tumble into after a devastating event in your life. It's a place where Satan can woo you away from God and convince you that this life isn't worth Iiving anymore. I was there once. A wonderful CCA counselor pulled me out. Praise God for such a godly group that really cares about people and is highly equipped to help them!

Within minutes (of my first appointment) I was at ease and relieved. My counselor not only had compassion for me and my situation but I was amazed and impressed with his knowledge and (more importantly) familiarity with the Word of God. He gave me pertinent Scripture “homework” and never once spoke to me without prayer, even on the phone to reschedule an appointment. My problem has had a Godly resolution. I am whole once again physically and spiritually, and more balanced emotionally. I thank God for the ministry CCA offers. I praise God for you work, workers and willingness and ability to help others to solve their problems as Christ would!

CCA has helped me take control of my anger. I now have a closer relationship with my husband. I like that CCA is Christian based and that their counselors use the Bible to aid in counseling. This lets me know that by changing my ways I am not only building better relationships but also pleasing God.

I am really thankful the Lord led me to seek counseling at CCA. I have been in counseling a couple of other times with different counselors and never felt like anything was resolved. My counselor acknowledged my feelings and then showed me Scripturally how God wants me to channel those feelings. My counselor showed me how following God’s Word I can live more at peace. This is the first experience I’ve had where the counselor prays with and for me which has amplified the fact that change can only come through Him.

I can’t say enough about how much my counselor has helped me. She gave me much needed Christian love and support so that I have been able to go forward in my life with hope to one day work out my family situation. She will always be my Christian friend.

My son has been in counseling at CCA. Through the counselor’s advice and instruction he is learning to accept what he cannot change and channel his anger and frustration in a healthy manner instead of being aggressive and destructive. He trusts her, looks up to her and has developed a “kinship” with her. He can talk to her confidentially and knows she will give him an honest and up-front answer. She has made a huge difference in his life.
