I am a Biblical Life Coach with my Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. I also have two years of Bible classes from Purpose Institute. I am a member of Delta Kappa International Marriage and Family Therapists. I am trained in post-trauma sand tray and TF-CBT. I am a SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator. And I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing).
We all have sufferings and stories to tell. What is yours? There is hope and there are solutions that can guide you toward a more fulfilling and meaningful situation. You can be empowered to connect stronger, find the healing and hope to become an overcomer and world-changer within your own heart, family, and community. God can bring hope to what feels like a broken mess. From every life stage, the burden that stands strongest is the universal need for connection, purpose, and to be heard and understood.
With God’s help, I believe we can work hard to strengthen relationships, encourage children’s expression and connection through play therapy, and channel your God-given strengths to become a more fulfilled you within your relationships. I love people. I love working with families, children, adolescents, couples, and women. I utilize several play therapy techniques including sand tray (with figures), artistic expression, and games/toys. How can I help you and your family? I’d love to see you in our Grapevine office.
