I am a Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate under the supervision of Martha Brock, LPC-S. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Management from the University of North Texas and a Master's of Arts in Licensed Professional Counseling from Dallas Baptist University.
While earning my Master's Degree, I began serving at Mission Arlington where I counseled individuals, couples, and young adults from varying backgrounds and ethnicities struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, marital concerns and much more. It was a privilege and honor to walk with them through their struggles to alleviate their pain, remove strongholds, help them gain confidence and assurance, discover insight and self awareness, peace, and comfort regardless of their circumstance. I would love to do the same for you with whatever you are struggling with. My heart is to be a vessel for healing and restoration through Jesus Christ.
I will empathetically walk with and honor you through your difficulties and hardships. You will learn healthy coping skills, gain effective emotional regulation skills and develop a healthy outlook on life. Together, we will create uniquely specific goals to restore, mend and heal what is broken. As a counselor, I am guided by my faith and my goal remains to walk alongside you to help you achieve greater emotional, physical and spiritual wellness. Our counseling session will be a time that is centered and focused on your goals. If you ask for a Biblical perspective, I am willing to provide such insight. The counseling journey is yours alone, not mine. I’m looking forward to walking with you to seek healing in broken places, provide hope and look to our Father to show us the way. I would be glad to see you in our Plano office or online through teletherapy.
