I am a Certified Christian Professional Life Coach and Board Certified Master Mental Health Coach.  I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Dallas Baptist University, a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Management from Dallas Baptist University, and a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University.  I am also SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) certified.  I am certified in Trauma-Informed Care.  I am a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, Delta Kappa International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society, and American Association of Christian Counselors.

The good news is that your have an inherent ability to make the necessary changes that support a healthy lifestyle.  There are solutions and techniques that can resolve conflict, reconcile families, and repair relationships.  Young people can learn to make good choices and enhance their ability to achieve life-long success.  With hope, healing, regaining mental and emotional balance, and biblical wisdom, you can engage and enhance your inner strengths to develop the learned behaviors and skills that are fundamental to a meaningful and productive life.

I understand that overcoming challenges takes commitment and that recovery is a process, but I am passionately committed to the practice of providing hope and encouragement to empower you to make changes for a more positive life.  As a solution-based, client-focused marriage and family counselor, I enjoy teaching techniques in premarital and marriage conflict resolution.  I believe that, with professional assistance and God’s grace, healing, reconciliation, and solutions to your problems can be achieved.  I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, college students, and families.  I would love to see you in either or Plano or Grapevine offices, or online through telehealth.
