Counseling in Plano
I Can Help You
Are you struggling with anxiety, anger, or depression?
Or are you overwhelmed by grief or loss?
Are there problems in your marriage?
Do you have parent-child issues?
Are there interpersonal conflicts?
Is there substance abuse?
Do you have questions about your self-worth or identity?
I am a Graduate Student Intern completing my Master’s Degree in Biblical Counseling at Dallas Theological Seminary. I also hold an MD in Homeopathy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from UNT Health Science Center.
You are not alone. Many people have these same issues and find help, hope, and healing through the assistance of a trained Christian counselor. My experience as a homeopath and a healthcare worker has sculpted me to be the counselor that I am. The science of body functioning and psychology can be efficiently integrated with Biblical values.
I work with you on strategies that allow you to address root causes of your personal and/or interpersonal difficulties. I also seek to help identify self-improving goals and potential solutions as needed. Strengthening self-worth and promoting optimal health is the objective of the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy therapeutic approaches that deal with information processing, life span development, and developmental matters. Sincere attempts to assessing attachment styles and evaluating them in the “here and now” provide opportunities for you to express yourself more openly. I work with families, couples, pre-teens, teens, emerging adults, and children in our Plano office.
