Volunteered for hospice care working closely with patients and their families during difficult changes and decisions
Caregiver to all three of her grandparents who had traumatic brain injury, Dementia, and Parkinson’s giving her a unique compassion for caregivers, grief, and loss as well as the importance of self-care and stress management.
Volunteered for several years working with adolescents as a youth leader for her church
Personal life experiences as a mother and wife for more than thirteen years allow her to relate to women and teens in a very real way that only life-experience can create.

Passionate about instilling and embracing help, hope, and healing by helping people to find their purpose, passions, and significance in life through the eyes of Christ, guiding people to find real answers for real problems. Helping people overcome and conquer to truly live life is her passion.
