I have worked as a pastor of senior adults at a church; a counselor at a domestic violence shelter, as well as a counselor at a college. I have had my own personal struggles with depression and anxiety and have been helped with the help of counseling.

It is my hope that by coming alongside others I can help them realize that they have the potential and resources to develop new ways of thinking about themselves in the midst of painful and difficult situations and relationships. My hope is that they can leave counseling equipped to empower themselves to be the best they can be and find purpose in the midst of their pain and suffering.
