Choosing to go to counseling is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of great courage and strength. I am passionate about working with teenagers and adults who experience or have experienced sexual trauma, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, family conflict, adjustment issues, low self-esteem, abandonment, and grief. Healing and personal growth is a process, and it is my goal to come alongside you and walk with you on your journey.

I am a fully trained EMDR therapist. My use of Cognitive Behavioral Theory and EMDR can help give you insights as well as provide tools to take home and apply to your everyday life. If you have been considering counseling, don’t hesitate!

I am passionate about working with individuals who struggle with life adjustments, sexual trauma, eating disorders, grief, low self-esteem, childhood trauma, and family conflict. In my experience working with individuals who experienced abuse, hope seems lost in the darkness of defeat. As a therapist, I love to hold the hope my clients cannot see. And help them to create a masterpiece out of what seems to look like a disaster. My focus is on establishing a foundation of trust and rapport to make sure my clients feel seen and heard. I am passionate about normalizing counseling; it’s okay to not be okay.
