Background
Mark has worked as a camp counselor for high school kids leading, serving, and counseling and loved every (well almost every) minute of it. Mark has also served in college ministries leading college-aged adults and helping them come to find joy, love, satisfaction, and peace in Jesus Christ. Lastly, Mark has had the opportunity to counsel for the past two years helping people heal and cope with depression, anxiety, existential concerns, LGBTQ concerns, spiritual concerns, substance abuse, trauma and grief.
Passions
Mark's goal is to help those who are suffering, feel hopeless, or disconnected, and to encourage them to find hope, satisfaction, and fulfillment. His desire to help comes from dealing with seasons of intense sadness and anxiety and experiencing the joys of counseling. He knows that pain and suffering can be turned into something beautiful. Mark's passion is to walk with people through their pain and suffering and help them find the beauty and joy that waits on the other side.
