My previous experience as a homeopath and a healthcare worker has allowed sculpting to fit into the counselor I am. Having been a student of science almost all my life, I am increasingly awakening to the knowledge of how science of body functioning and psychology can be efficiently integrated with Biblical values for the better good of all. Holistic health that stresses on the importance of physical, emotional and social well-being while addressing vocational and spiritual needs is my goal.
As a fellow student of life, experiencing and treading through challenging life changes, walking along life situations and working towards building of meaningful connections, either with self or others, is my passion. I am inclined to collaboratively work on strategies that allowing of addressing root causes of difficulties in any form: personal, interpersonal and intrapersonal. I also seek to help identify selfimproving goals and potential solutions as needed. Strengthening selfworth and promoting optimal health would be the objective of the therapeutic relationship. I enjoy therapeutic approaches that deal with information processing, life span development, and developmental matters. Sincere attempts to assessing attachment styles and evaluating them in the ‘here and now’ would provide opportunities for individuals to express themselves more openly.
