Having been a student of science almost all my life, I am increasingly awakening to the knowledge of how science of body functioning and psychology can be efficiently integrated with Biblical values for the better good of all. Holistic health that stresses on the importance of physical, emotional and social well-being while addressing vocational and spiritual needs is my goal.

As a fellow student of life, experiencing and treading through challenging life changes, walking along life situations and working towards building of meaningful connections, either with self or others, is my passion. I am inclined to collaboratively work on strategies that allowing of addressing root causes of difficulties in any form: personal, interpersonal and intrapersonal.
