Stand Here and Think of Someone You Love

I don’t know about you, but when I think of someone I love, a smile comes across my face! It’s almost like it’s a law as inexorable as gravity. Rasheed Ogunlaru wrote, “in many ways (love) is innate – just watch and see what a small child effortlessly does… You can be invited to it and reminded of it.”
It brings a sense of refreshing focus when we dwell in the love we have for another. You can close your eyes and almost see them, feel their touch, smell their sweetness, and be reminded of the many things you love most about them. In fact, it might be a nice exercise to make a list of those “many things.”
The Greatest Is Love
And of course, I’m reminded of what the apostle Paul wrote about it: “now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.” (First Corinthians 13:13)

Go ahead and grab that sidewalk chalk, create your own sidewalk art, and “Stand here and think of someone you love,” and wait for that warm and sweet reminder!
