Counseling Session Rates

Our counseling session rates are tiered to fit a variety of budgets.  Rates are based on the therapist's education and experience levels.

Doctoral Level Therapists (Ph.D., Psy.D., Ed.D.) - from $175 for a 50 minute session

​

These are therapists who completed a masters degree in counseling which required a 300 hour practicum internship in a counseling practice, then they did 3,000 hours of supervised face-to-face counseling as an associate counselor to become fully licensed, and they also completed a doctoral program at an accredited university.

Masters Level Therapists (LPC/LMFT) - from $150 for a 50 minute session

​

LPC's (Licensed Professional Counselors) and LMFT's (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists) have earned their masters degree in counseling which included a 300 hour practicum internship, then 3,000 hours as counseling associates, and then passing the state licensing exam to be fully licensed in Texas.

Licensed Counselor Associates (LPC / LMFT - A) - from $125 for a 50 minute session

​

LPC and LMFT - Associates have completed a masters degree, which required 300 hours of internship in a counseling practice. They are now in the process of amassing 3,000 hours of supervised face-to-face counseling experience to qualify to sit for the state licensing exam and be fully licensed in Texas.

Biblical/Life Coaches - from $100 for a 50 minute session

​

Biblical/Life Coaches have obtained their masters degrees in counseling, which required 300 hours of counseling experience, and most of them are waiting to receive their LPC or LMFT - Associate license. This process can take anywhere from 2 to 6 months.  Some of our coaches also have training and certifications in life coaching.

Graduate Student Interns - $75 for a 50 minute session

​

Graduate Student Interns are in the process of obtaining their masters degrees in counseling. They have completed the required coursework and are now amassing the 300 hours of counseling experience needed to graduate.

Concerning Insurance

​

We do not accept insurance, but some insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits that give a partial reimbursement.  This only applies to fully licensed therapists.  Upon request, we would be glad to provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for any out-of-network reimbursement your plan offers.
