The Rewards Of Emotional Transformation

emotional transformation - a box full of coins

As a practitioner of Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT), I have seen the power of healing emotional wounds. If you have been living with emotional pain and scars, imagine what it would be like to be able to be free. You can be. Emotional Transformation Therapy takes you on an inner journey to set you free from the bondage of your past emotional wounds. Like a treasure hunt, at the end of that journey, there are rewards for emotional transformation. Here are three:

Emotional Transformation Lets You Drop Your Baggage

If you could see yourself with spiritual eyes, you would see the weight of heavy emotional baggage loaded down on your shoulders that you’ve been carrying for years. These bags are filled with past failures, hurts, and fears that are keeping you from moving forward the way you could be and fulfilling your maximum potential.

Don’t you think it’s time to let all that baggage go? If you didn’t have the weight of your emotional wounds holding you back, think of what you could achieve. You could finally apply for your dream job without fear of rejection. You could tackle that big project without fear of failure. You could face the challenges of daily life without second-guessing yourself. Wouldn’t that be wonderful!

Emotional Transformation Lets You Respond Rather Than React

Right now, when something happens that triggers a past emotional wound or trauma, your brain sends out an alarm signal and you react with survival behaviors you learned growing up. Maybe you get angry and attack, maybe you wither into depression, maybe you withdraw and avoid the situation altogether. These are all reactions, not responses. But what if you could respond instead of react? What if you could choose to remain calm when someone criticizes you? What if you didn’t wither into depression, but rather faced the situation with a measured response? What if you didn’t avoid but confronted?

Imagine a friend who unexplainably becomes distant toward you. Your usual reaction might be to withdraw and let the friendship die, or become consumed with sadness, or get angry at your friend and attack them, ruining the friendship. But what if you experienced an emotional transformation that allowed you to choose instead to meet your friend and find out what’s going on and reconcile? You might find that their behavior has nothing to do with you, but someone else or something else that’s going on in their life. But the ability to respond instead of fly off the handle and react can make all the difference.

Emotional Transformation Lets You Become Emotionally Mature

Going through the Emotional Transformation Therapy journey is worthwhile. At the end of that journey is a more emotionally mature and stronger you in every way. You will become stronger and wiser in your physical life, emotional life, mental life, and spiritual life. Your self-esteem will improve and you will have the power to rule your emotional pain instead of being ruled by your emotional pain.

Does this sound good? If you are struggling with emotional wounds from your past that are impacting your life today, I urge you to read about trauma therapy and reach out to me to schedule a free consultation to see if Emotional Transformation Therapy (ETT) can help you.
